How to register as a Blackmores HK eShop member?

Click the portrait icon at the top right corner. Register account by clicking “Continue”. Fill in the information and then click “Create an Account”. 

Delivery

1. How to enjoy free delivery?

Free delivery for orders over $650 (based on discounted amount). Otherwise, a delivery charge of $85 applies.

2. What are the general delivery time slots?

Goods will be delivered in 2-5 business days after payment is done. Delivery time is during Mon to Fri (except public holidays) between 9am - 6pm.  The drivers from Kerry Logistics will contact the customer an hour before the delivery time and location.
*If the actual shipping cost of the orders’ address is different from the original ones, you must pay the extra fees directly to Kerry Logistics when you pick up the goods.
*Please note that post office boxes, Islands District (except listed districts below) and any controlled areas are not able to arrange delivery services.

3. Can I change the delivery address for a confirmed order?

Sorry, you cannot change the address for a confirmed order by yourself. If you wish to change the address, please contact our Customer Service at WhatsApp (852) 6153-5090 (No calling service) or email to [email protected] for assistance.

4. Do we accept orders from Macau, overseas or China?

Sorry. We only accept orders from Hong Kong currently, and the scope of delivery is limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Delivery arrangement can refer to delivery terms and conditions.

What are the payment methods available?

We support credit card payment of VISA, MasterCard and JCB. 

Promotion

1. How to use Promo Code?

During the promotion period, you can enter the Promo Code under the "Use Coupon Code" button before checkout. Once the Promo Code is applied, the offer will be shown in the shopping list and you can then complete the checkout procedures.

Each Promo Code has a designated promotion period, for details, please refer to the eshop terms and conditions of related promotion.

Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts. The promo code must be entered prior to placing the order. Promo codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit, nor be applied to the products of which have completed the payment.

2. In case of any disputes, the decision of Blackmores HK shall be final.

Are the prices in Blackmores eShop the same as those in other sales channels?
The prices in Blackmores eShop may be different from those in order sales channels as there are different promotion offers.
In case of any dispute on the promotion, the decision of BLACKMORES HK shall be final and conclusive.

Reviews

Can I write my review?

We encourage customers to write reviews for all products on the product page, click “Write a Review” and leave a review with your name and rating. The system takes time to process and display reviews on the product page, thank you for your patience. All the reviews cannot be further edited or deleted, once users have submitted their reviews.
Reviews that contain any kind of advertising profane, obscene, personal attack and harassing content, would be removed without notice. Blackmores HK reserves the right to display or remove any content.

Return or Exchange

1. What should I do if the product has quality problems?

If you have any problems with the products’ quality, please contact us by [email protected] with order number, name and contact number within 14 working days of receiving the shipment. We will follow up as soon as possible.

All exchange requests are limited to regular-priced items and do not apply to all promotions or special offers.

2. Can I refund or return?

Once the order is confirmed, we will not accept any return and request for a refund.
